Rachel practices in Brown Wright Stein Lawyers’ tax and estate planning team, working closely with clients and their accountant advisors to provide commercial and Federal and State taxation law advice.
Rachel has substantial experience with assisting clients to resolve audit activity and taxation disputes with revenue authorities. In particular, Rachel has prepared private ruling applications, submissions, objections and appeals in matters relating to income tax, GST, stamp duty, land tax and payroll tax and has represented clients in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
She has also advised clients on commercial transactions, estate planning, asset protection, trust law, probate, estate administration, and estate litigation.
Rachel finds it very rewarding getting to know her client’s unique circumstances and working closely with their accountants to deliver a service which is in tune with their needs, ultimately achieving the results they want.
When not at work, Rachel enjoys cooking, kickboxing, painting and travelling.
