Our Workplace Relations and Safety practice group, headed by partners, Peter Wright, a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Commercial and Business Law and Dean Schubert, a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Employment and Industrial Law, provide specialist workplace relations and safety advice to and advocacy on behalf of our clients.

  9. which modern award, if any, applies to you or your clients' employees, and what is required under the applicable award;

  10. partnering with your human resources consultancy practice to provide advice and representation to you or your end clients, or to be a sounding-board on all workplace relations and safety matters, to assist you to assist your end clients; and

  11. what to do if you or your client is being investigated by SafeWork and/or the Fair Work Ombudsman.
