Rose is a taxation lawyer whose practice includes a mix of advisory work and tax litigation, acting for clients ranging from small to medium size businesses to high net wealth individuals.

Rose aims to provide tailored and practical taxation advice for clients, ensuring that such advice fits within the context of each client's wider business and personal needs, whether this be in the context of advisory work or determining litigation strategy.

Rose also has experience working on various commercial matters, including acting on transactions for the acquisition and disposal of business assets and ownership interests, drafting commercial agreements such as shareholders and unit holders agreements and advising on business structuring and business succession.

Rose holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from the University of Sydney, and is an admitted Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.

Outside work Rose has a wide array of interests, however most activities will usually include a quality glass of wine and her miniature sausage dog, Olli.
