Charles Cheah joined Brown Wright Stein Lawyers as a law graduate in October 2008. Charles works across a wide variety of commercial law matters with a particular focus on corporate finance.
He works predominantly with small to medium size privately-owned Australian businesses, high net wealth individuals and insolvency practitioners.
Charles has recently assisted clients in the following areas:
Livestock and motor vehicle leasing
Secured real property finance transactions
Debt recovery against guarantors
Compliance with consumer credit and PPS regulation
Enforcement of securities for non-bank lenders, including mortgagee sales
AFS licensing and related advisory

When not at work, Charles enjoys socialising with family and friends, reading, travelling, current affairs and rugby league.
