Suzie Boulous is a Partner at Brown Wright Stein Lawyers. She joined our firm as a graduate in 2007 and was admitted as a solicitor in the same year. Since then, Suzie has focussed on building collaborative relationships with her clients and their professional advisers.

Suzie specialises in estate planning, business succession, asset protection and restructuring. She is a key leader in our highly regarded Women in Tax program.

She advises clients on various matters including:

  • Conveyancing (including sale and purchase of residential and commercial property)

  • Commercial leases

  • Mortgages and guarantees

  • Call options

  • Testamentary trust wills, enduring power of attorney and instruments appointing an enduring guardian

  • Probate

  • Trusts

  • General commercial matters

Suzie has also acted on litigious matters in relation to Project Wickenby.
