Max Einfeld is a Law Society accredited specialist in taxation law and practises extensively in income tax, capital gains tax, goods and services tax and stamp duty. As an expert in trust law he advises high wealth individuals on structuring their affairs from an estate planning, asset protection and taxation perspective.
During his career spanning more than 40 years Max has provided commercial and taxation advice to many of Australia’s leading public and private companies as well as to numerous medium and small enterprises.
Max has been a member of NSW Law Society’s Office of State Revenue Liaison Committee and is a member of Law Council of Australia Taxation Committee, and previously served on the Board of the Law Industry Superannuation Trust (now Legal Super).
Outside of legal practice, Max is the honorary solicitor for a number of organisations including New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies, United Israel Appeal and Mandelbaum House. He is also a board member of Sir Moses Montefiore Home, a leading age care service provider.
