Lily has a particular interest in intellectual property matters including copyright and trade marks. Lily is passionate about helping her clients to establish and maintain an edge in the commercial world. Some of this work includes trade mark registrations, website terms and conditions, shareholder arrangements and contract drafting in the set up phase and intellectual property breach and protection, contract review, loan and security arrangements and compliance issues in the operating phase.
Lily is also an avid traveller, part-time gym junky and likes nothing better than spending time with family and friends.
Outside of work she enjoys travel, theatre, cinema and reading.
