Virginia joined Brown Wright Stein in September 2011 and practices in litigation and employment law. She has gained experience working as a paralegal in a law firm for 3 years and she has practiced as a lawyer since her admission in April 2010.
Virginia has experience working in a wide range of areas including dispute resolution and commercial litigation, property law, small business law and wills and estates. She has advised and acted for high net worth individuals and private companies across jurisdictions in New South Wales including the District Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court. She has assisted clients navigate the issues that arise out of:
- The breakdown of joint venture partnerships
- Insolvency
- Strata Schemes disputes
- Mortgages and guarantees
- Claims of misleading and deceptive conduct
She speaks fluent Vietnamese.
When not at work, Virginia enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and playing piano and guitar.
