Rachel joined Brown Wright Stein in 2009 and was admitted as a solicitor later that year. She primarily works with Geoff Stein and Michael Malanos in the firm's tax practice.
Rachel has assisted clients on a broad range of tax and commercial matters, including providing advice on the following areas of taxation law:
She has acted for several high net wealth individuals, including a high-profile property developer and former and current chief executive officers of ASX listed companies, where their taxation matters were the subject of investigation by the ATO High Wealth Individuals Taskforce.
Rachel has also advised clients on estate planning, asset protection, probate, trust deed review and trade mark applications.
Rachel finds it very rewarding working closely with clients to understand each client's unique situation in their business or personal asset protection and assisting them in formulating effective solutions. She finds it rewarding getting to know clients and delivering a service which is in tune with their needs, ultimately achieving the results they want.
When not at work, Rachel enjoys cooking for family and friends, kickboxing, tennis and travelling.
