Examples of our experience are outlined below.

  • We acted for a large landowning and property development company in relation to an $800 million development in Western Sydney. Documents prepared in this matter included partnership deeds, trust deeds, development deed, development management agreement and all financing documents.
  • We also acted for a subsidiary of a major Australian listed public company on the sale of an 'off the plan' strata title resort style development comprising 92 units at Byron Bay which involved working closely with the client's in-house legal team.
  • We have acted for various property vendors (including investors) in relation to the sale of residential and commercial property, conveyance of the property, discharge of mortgage(s) and other securities and the taxation consequences of the sale.
  • We acted for a property developer on the acquisition of 84 call options and the subsequent assignment of those options with respect to a strata title 'off the plan' residential development at Coffs Harbour.
  • Our lawyers acted for a client involved in a large joint venture project. Documents reviewed and advised included development management agreements, building contracts, civil engineering contracts, financing documents and a joint venture agreement.
