Peter is an Accredited Specialist in business law and has been partner in the firm since 1990.  He has advised clients in employment; insolvency & reconstruction and litigation and dispute resolution for over 20 years.

Peter has acted in several leading and complex insolvency matters including National Textiles; Cut Price Deli; Sleeping Giant and Kleenmaid.

In the employment area he has acted for employers in the sale of large businesses such as Clive Peeters. 

He advises in litigation matters involving unfair dismissals, anti-discrimination and harassment claims and adverse action matters.

Clients include national and international premium retail brands and an international film and distributor company.

Peter's experience acting in large complex litigation matters includes tax, insolvency and commercial disputes.  He regularly advises clients who are being investigated and sued or pursued by regulators including ASIC, the ACCC and the ATO.

Peter works with clients providing a holistic approach to business problems.  This means that  when he is assisting with a business restructure he aims to anticipate and avoid complications or issues that could arise in the future.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws /Bachelor of  Commerce, University of New South Wales.
