Advising on, negotiating and drafting documentation to effect the acquisition by Australia's leading retail chain of a well-known retail business.

Brand creation and protection for high profile individuals, including some of Australia's leading sports people.

Instituting action for breaches of intellectual property rights, including for unauthorised use of image and for offences under trade mark and copyright legislation.

Assisting in the creation, documentation and implementation of internal systems, policies and procedures for various entities, including several high profile businesses, to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism laws and credit code requirements.

Working with clients to structure and launch new business ventures, including web-related businesses that require consideration of complex legal and compliance issues.
Outside work Lily enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling as much as possible and keeping fit.
