The firm currently has a team of over 50 staff.

Staff at Brown Wright Stein work in business units. Each business unit includes a business unit leader (partner or associate), a personal assistant and three or four members of professional staff.

This structure facilitates consistency in service provision and efficient work allocation and monitoring. The business units enable staff to have a variety of work, pursue areas of interest and provides greater scope for graduates and junior lawyers to learn from a supportive team.
