Charles joined Brown Wright Stein as a law graduate in 2008. He works across a wide variety of commercial law matters with a particular focus on enforcement of securities for mezzanine lenders.

Charles works predominantly with small to medium size privately-owned Australian businesses. 

He has assisted clients in the following areas:

• Disputes between competing security holders and creditors
• Mortgagee sales
• Assignment of securities
• Strata disputes
• Consumer credit
• Finance and securities
• Sale of asset and business transactions

Charles finds the most rewarding aspect of his work is achieving the best outcomes for his clients.

When not at work Charles enjoys socialising with family and friends, reading, travelling, keeping up to date with current affairs and the latest rugby league results.
