Caroline is a Senior Lawyer in the corporate and commercial practice Brown Wright Stein. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in May 2008.
Caroline acts on behalf of listed companies, owner managed businesses, national and international companies and high net worth individuals.
Caroline's experience includes:
- Assisting in the implementation of executive option scheme for an ASX 100 $4bn company, including preparing draft documentation liaising with ASIC and ASX, drafting amendments and advising on compliance issues in relation to the Corporations Act 2001 and ASX Listing Rules.
- Preparing executive incentive policies for an ASX 100 company.
- Drafting transaction documents for purchase of interest in Magic Millions Partnerships.
Caroline was selected to represent Brown Wright Stein at its Australian Professional Advisors Conference ('APAC'), held at Sun Peaks, Canada in January 2010.
In her spare time Caroline loves to ski and travel.
