Caroline is a Partner with extensive experience in commercial and transactional matters across a range of industries including Tourism, IT, Retail, Pharmaceutical and Property Development.
She also acts for insolvency advisors providing them with legal advice and executing insolvency transactions. Caroline also advises clients on business acquisitions and disposals, employment and insolvency matters.

Managing the due diligence process and negotiating contracts for the disposal of assets of a galvanizing plant in Indonesia for a leading global provider of operations, maintenance, asset and project management services.

Providing advice for a pharmaceutical client, preparing them to be investment ready and advising on the strategic planning process.

Regularly advising an international film distributor on employment related matters.

Advising a national premium retail brand in relation to risk associated with a joint venture partner to develop a bulky goods retail site.
Caroline moved to Australia after spending 7 years in Paraguay and she speaks fluent Spanish in addition to her mother tongue, Mandarin.
Caroline provides legal advice to members of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce and she often speaks at seminars conducted for the general public, accountants and business advisors on topics including business structuring, estate planning, insolvency and employment law.
