Brooke is a Partner at Brown Wright Stein and an Accredited Specialist in Property Law.

Brooke acts on behalf of owner managed businesses, national and international companies, property developers, hotel owners and managers, investors, construction companies and commercial property owners.   She advises clients in the following areas:

• Property acquisitions and investments

• Strata title and community developments

• Leasing

• Joint ventures and development agreements

She also advises on:

• Banking and finance

• Asset protection and structuring

• Estate planning

In the past 12 months Brooke has acted on property acquisitions and developments totalling over $200 million. Her experience includes:

• Acting on the acquisition of 14-18 College Street, Sydney for
  $120 million.

• Acting on the development and subdivision of 35 lots at 29-31 Epsom Road, Rosebery.

• The acquisition of Gipps Cross, South Australia for $60 million on behalf of a large national retailer.

• Acting on behalf of a small business client in a dispute with McDonald's regarding rent reviews. We secured payment from McDonald's of $38,000.
